Family Scrapbook

Over the years, I have collected a large amount of family pictures.  I recently sorted this treasure trove of photos and did my best to put them in (approximately) chronological order.  The stack is over 18 inches high.  So my idea was to scrapbook and journal these pictures as best I can.  Since I don't have a huge amount of scrapbooking supplies and am not terribly artistic, the pages are probably going to be very simple.  What I want is to get the stories down, so if I ever have kids, they will be able to see a glimpse of what their maternal grandparents were like.  I also want to do it for myself, to cherish and preserve the memories of my parents.

So without further ado, here are the first four pages featuring my mom:

Well, this is my blog.  Not much here yet, but this is going to be the place I showcase my crafty stuff.  Currently I am working on scrapbooking the piles of pictures I have.  I also cross-stitch, play with Sculpy, sew costumes and I have a miniature that needs painting.  Plus I have a lot of other stuff that I am interesting in trying.

So welcome to Lunariah's Lounge and I'll get some stuff up soon.  :)
